What you pay for, and what a credit is spent on.
What this is
Conduit bills two things: seats for people, and credits for generation. They are not the same.
Why it matters
You decide who can build tools and who can only run them, and you see what a generate costs before you click it.
What you pay for
| Seat | Price | What they do |
|---|---|---|
| Creator | $89 / seat / month after trial | Describe, generate, version, and deploy tools. 200 generation credits each month. |
| Viewer | $29 / seat / month | Run the tools Creators deploy. No generation. |
Trial: 100 generation credits (one-time), one Creator seat, basic templates, no credit card.
Enterprise (volume pricing, implementation, moving an existing tool into Conduit) is custom. Use Talk to the team on getconduit.us or email contact@getconduit.us.
Most teams buy a few Creator seats and many Viewer seats.
What a credit is spent on
Credits pay for generation only.
- 40 credits — first version of a new app
- 20 credits — each later version
- Trial includes 100 credits, once
- Each paid Creator seat adds 200 credits each month
Deploying a version does not spend credits. Inviting a Viewer does not spend credits.
What happens next
On the trial, generate the first tool (40) and a couple of iterations (20 each) before you add paid seats. When someone else should run the tool, add them as a Viewer. Then go back to Getting started or From description to ribbon.
