Help & feedback

A useful report tells us which app or workflow is affected, what you expected, and what happened instead. You can contact the Conduit team from the app or by email.

    Contact the Conduit team

In Conduit, open the arrow next to your name at the bottom left and choose Help & feedback.

If you cannot sign in, email contact@getconduit.us. Include your workspace name and the account email you use for Conduit.

Check the part of the workflow that failed

    • A build did not finish: open the app and check the generation or version status. Include the visible message in your report.
    • A desktop app did not arrive: check its assignment, the account signed into Desktop Runner, and Runner’s installation status. Follow the delivery checks.
    • An app ran but the result is wrong: compare one reproducible example with the result you expected.
    • An integration stopped connecting: check whether the app credential or external API access changed. An app creator or admin can update credentials in App Overview.
    • Copilot is unavailable: check workspace pilot access, assignment, Runner connection, and Revit version in the Copilot guide.

Include enough detail to reproduce it

Use this outline in the support form or email:

    • Where: workspace, app name, and version.
    • Environment: Revit or AutoCAD version, or browser for an ACC app.
    • Steps: the request or actions leading to the problem.
    • Expected: the value, output, or behavior you intended.
    • Actual: what appeared, including the exact error message.
    • When: approximate time and time zone.

A screenshot with the relevant result or error can help. Share project material only when you have permission, and keep passwords and access tokens out of the report.

How app activity helps us investigate

Every app type reports how it’s running. That activity helps us connect your report to what happened when you used the app.

Include one example of what you expected and what happened instead. This helps us find cases where the app ran successfully but applied the wrong rule.

    Request an app improvement

If the app works but your workflow has changed, return to its Builder and describe the new requirement. Include the version you are using and the behavior to keep.

For example: “Keep the existing CSV columns. Add Level after Mark and sort the rows by Level.” Review the new plan, generate a version, and test the change before updating your team.

Use Help & feedback for problems with Conduit itself or when you need help getting an app back on track.
