    • prompts, chat messages, attachments, project notes, and configuration inputs you submit
    • generated outputs, build artifacts, deployment metadata, and runtime operation metadata
    • support requests, bug reports, feedback, and related communications
    • authentication, security, device, browser, log, and usage information
    • payment and subscription information from payment processors and billing providers

    3. Why we use information

    We use information to:

    • create and manage accounts and workspaces
    • authenticate users and enforce permissions
    • plan, generate, build, deliver, deploy, and support software through Conduit
    • operate billing, subscriptions, credits, invoicing, and payment flows
    • secure the service, prevent abuse, investigate incidents, and comply with law
    • improve product quality, reliability, and user support

    4. AI processing and generated software

    When you use Conduit, your submitted content may be processed by automated systems and third-party providers in order to generate plans, source code, build artifacts, deployment packages, and operational workflows.

    You should not submit information unless you have the right to do so and are comfortable with it being processed for those purposes.

    5. Information sharing

    We may share information with service providers and subprocessors that help us operate Conduit. Depending on your use of the product, these may include:

    • Supabase for authentication, database, storage, and related backend services
    • OpenAI for planning and related AI processing
    • Cursor for coding-agent and follow-up workflows
    • GitHub for repository, pull request, and CI/CD workflows
    • Stripe for billing and subscription processing
    • Slack or similar support tooling for support intake and team notifications
    • Autodesk and Autodesk Construction Cloud related services for supported deployment and runtime flows

    We may also share information:

    • at your direction
    • within your workspace as needed to provide the service
    • to comply with law or enforce our rights
    • in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or asset sale

    6. Retention

    We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, operate workspaces, maintain billing and compliance records, support users, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect the platform.

    • account and workspace records may be retained while the account or workspace remains active
    • support and billing records may be retained longer for operational and compliance reasons
    • generated artifacts, logs, and deployment metadata may be retained according to product configuration, backup practices, or legal obligations

    We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. You are responsible for deciding whether Conduit is appropriate for the sensitivity of the information you submit.

    8. International transfers

    Conduit and its providers may process and store information in countries other than the country where you are located. By using Conduit, you understand that information may be transferred to and processed in other jurisdictions, subject to applicable law.
