Terms of Service
Last updated: March 31, 2026
1. Scope
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Conduit, including its web application, generated software artifacts, hosted deployment workflows, APIs, support channels, and related services.
Conduit is an AI-assisted platform for planning, generating, building, delivering, and operating AEC software such as Revit add-ins and Autodesk Construction Cloud applications.
2. Who you are contracting with
These Terms apply between you and the operator of Conduit identified on the applicable website, order form, or checkout flow.
If you use Conduit on behalf of a company, employer, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. In that case, "you" includes that organization.
3. Accounts and workspaces
You must provide accurate account information and keep it current.
You are responsible for:
- safeguarding your credentials
- all activity under your account
- assigning workspace roles appropriately
- actions taken by users you invite into a workspace if you act as a workspace administrator
We may limit, suspend, or terminate access to protect Conduit, our users, third-party providers, or the public.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use Conduit to:
- violate law, regulation, professional obligations, or third-party rights
- submit or process content you do not have the right to use
- create or distribute malicious code, unauthorized access tools, or harmful automation
- interfere with or abuse Conduit, its infrastructure, or integrated services
- misrepresent generated output as independently validated professional, engineering, architectural, safety, or compliance advice
5. Your content and permissions
You are responsible for all prompts, messages, files, attachments, designs, project data, credentials, and other material you submit to Conduit.
You represent that you have all rights, permissions, notices, and consents needed for Conduit and its subprocessors to process that material in order to provide the service.
6. AI-generated output and validation
Conduit uses automated systems and third-party AI providers to help plan and generate software and workflows. Generated output may be incomplete, incorrect, insecure, incompatible, or unsuitable for your intended use.
You are responsible for reviewing, testing, validating, and approving all generated output, including source code, builds, deployment packages, runtime behavior, and downstream workflow effects, before using it in production or on live projects.
Conduit is not a substitute for qualified human review. It does not provide architecture, engineering, legal, safety, code-compliance, or other regulated professional advice.
7. Generated software and license terms
Your use of generated software artifacts may also be governed by the Conduit End User License Agreement, open-source licenses, and third-party platform terms.
If there is a conflict between these Terms and the End User License Agreement for a generated artifact, the End User License Agreement controls for the use of that artifact.
8. Ownership
As between you and Conduit:
- you retain rights in your submitted content, subject to the rights needed for us to operate the service
- Conduit retains rights in the Conduit platform, service, workflows, templates, interfaces, branding, and related intellectual property
You grant Conduit the limited rights needed to host, transmit, store, analyze, process, build, test, deliver, support, secure, and improve the service as described in the Privacy Policy and these Terms.
Third-party code, models, SDKs, runtimes, and services remain subject to their own terms and licenses.
9. Third-party services
Conduit depends on third-party providers and platforms. These may include infrastructure, authentication, AI providers, source control, CI/CD, billing, messaging, and Autodesk-related services.
We are not responsible for outages, errors, policy changes, or incompatibilities caused by third-party providers.
10. Billing, credits, and subscriptions
Paid features may be governed by seat-based pricing, subscriptions, credit balances, included usage, and overage settings.
If you enable paid usage or act as a workspace administrator:
- you authorize applicable charges and subscription changes
- you are responsible for charges incurred by authorized users in your workspace
- you are responsible for configuring overage settings and monitoring usage
Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.
We may suspend paid functionality for failed payments, abuse, or significant risk.
11. Beta features and previews
Some features may be marked as beta, preview, early access, or experimental. Those features may change, break, or be withdrawn at any time and may be subject to additional limits.
12. Support and feedback
If you submit support requests, bug reports, or feedback, you allow us to use that information to operate, support, and improve Conduit without obligation to you.
13. Confidentiality and security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect the service, but no system is perfectly secure.
You are responsible for determining whether Conduit is appropriate for the types of data, project materials, and credentials you choose to submit.
14. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Conduit at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access if:
- you violate these Terms
- your use creates legal, security, operational, or financial risk
- a required third-party service becomes unavailable or prohibits the use case
Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive termination.
15. Disclaimers
CONDUIT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CONDUIT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, AND THAT GENERATED OUTPUT WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FIT FOR PRODUCTION USE.
16. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CONDUIT AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, REVENUE, GOODWILL, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, PROJECT DELAY, OR COST OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF CONDUIT FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO CONDUIT FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
17. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we may provide notice through the product, the website, or another reasonable channel. Your continued use after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
18. Contact
Questions about these Terms should be directed through the support or contact information published on the Conduit website.
